Hand Woven Napkin Rings - Zig-Zag- Tea & Natural White

Our hand-woven napkin rings will add simple elegance to your table, whether you are laying out a classy picnic, serving an intimate brunch, or hosting Thanksgiving dinner.  Make a subtle statement for hope, justice and beauty- your napkin rings are a great conversation piece and the perfect opportunity to share the story of the women who wove them.  With the income from one set of napkin rings, an artisan can buy a new tool for farming, shoes for her toddler, or even a chicken for producing eggs.  We invite you to meet the artisans.

Each napkin ring is woven from natural sisal fibers that have been locally grown and prepared by hand.  Choose from one of eight color combinations to match your home decor.

Description

• The artisans use the weaving technique traditionally used for baskets to create these unique rings.
• The napkin rings are available in 8 color combinations: teal, yellow, & natural (white); cranberry & tea; tea & cranberry; cranberry & natural; tea & natural; dark tea & light tea; tea & natural zig-zag (love this one!); and China blue & natural.
• We love the teal stripes for summer and the cranberry varieties for autumn.
• Try complementary color sets to add interest to your table!
• The tea color is created when the naturally-white fibers are steeped in Rwandan tea.
• Each napkin ring is woven from natural, locally-grown sisal fibers.
• Please note that because the woven fibers are hand-dyed, color shades may vary.
